- Maintaining and building lasting relationships with Personal Lines clients.
- Quoting policy changes, rewriting existing policies, and reviewing renewals.
- Reporting claims to insurance company and acting as the liaison with clients.
- Communicate with Underwriters when necessary.
- Completion of client applications, certifications of insurance, and all related paperwork.
- Assisting clients with account billing questions, updating payment schedules, etc.
Qualifications -
- Wisconsin P&C License.
- Minimum of 4 years Personal Lines account management experience. Commercial Lines experience a plus.
- Strong technical skills including insurance related software.
- High level of professional savvy, extremely personable, and genuinely enjoys client interaction.
- Strong attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and highly organized.
