Our client, an esteemed, boutique law firm is looking to add a highly skilled Paralegal to their close-knit, collaborative team of legal professionals. This person will be working with accomplished attorneys that practice Tort Law. The environment is fun, hard charging, innovative and creative as are the attorneys and employees.
Responsibilities:
Overall planning and management of litigation case files.
Advising attorneys and clients with identification, collection, processing, organization, review and production of ESI and hard copy collection
Developing cost estimates and budgets.
Analyzing client files and preparing case analysis.
Drafting discovery requests and responses.
Reviewing, analyzing plaintiff medical records
Conducting comprehensive investigative background checks.
Coordinating trial or hearing logistics.
Ideal Candidate must have:
Ability to problem solve, create and implement best practices for workflow.
Innately curious and inquisitive, have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure on time sensitive projects.
Self-motivated and possess strong legal acumen with a highly professional demeanor.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and high-level attention to detail.
