If you are an experienced Office Administrator looking to bring your skills and talents to a successful professional services firm, we would like to talk to you!

The scope of the position will work hand in hand with executive team to direct and manage the daily operations of a highly regarded organization.

Wide variety of responsibilities include:

  • Hire, train and manage administrative staff, complete annual reviews, and enforce company policies.
  • Execute financial management including A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation and deposits.
  • Technical liaison for issue including hardware, software, phone system and general office equipment.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relations and contracts.
  • Perform website maintenance and related projects.
  • Maintain personnel records and coordinate employee benefits.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and document management processes.

Ideal candidate will have solid technical aptitude with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, superior client service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure situations under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of professional savvy a must.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years previous supervisory / office management experience in a professional services firm required.
