Description

Small, very busy manufacturing company looking for their next Office Manager due to retirement.  This person will be responsible for everything related to running the front office.

Duties will include:

  • Vendor management
  • Human resources responsibilities
  • All accounting responsibilities, including AP, AR, account reconciliations, month and year end closing and will meet with CPA monthly
  • Order entry
  • Supervise general office employees
  • Certification management/renewals
  • Wide variety of projects

Manufacturing experience a plus, not necessary This position will work close with staff of 30 employees including owners, office professionals and plant employees.

The company offers exceptional benefits, a great environment and summer hours (Friday's 7:00 - 1:00).
Salary range is $75K - $85K DOE
