Outstanding Milwaukee based commercial real estate firm is searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to their team!
This newly created position will be responsible for performing marketing and business-related initiatives alongside the Office Administrator. Salary $60K - $70K DOE along with 100% paid health benefits, paid parking, full gym & massages! This is an in-office role.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Create copy for internal and external marketing communications including industry publications, collateral pieces, public relations, advertising, and employee communications.
- Oversee company website updates and other social media platforms.
- Research market data.
- Manage, analyze and track social media metrics.
- Assist with executive level communication pieces.
- Coordinate weekly meetings and create reports with updated information.
- Work hand in hand with other team members as it relates to special Marketing projects.
- Maintain relationships with outside vendors.
- Special projects as assigned.
Candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with superior written and verbal communication skills, proven experience in all digital platforms, content distribution, and target marketing techniques. Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail required!
Previous real estate experience strongly preferred.
