Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, take initiative, have a flexible personality, and the ability to handle a steady work load. Duties will include: calendaring, document management, legal correspondence, administrative functions, meeting arrangements and client contact.
Excellent administrative and technical skills (full Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required, as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
