Our client is searching for an experienced Corporate Recruiter that will be responsible for Full Lifecycle Recruiting.
Responsibilities include -
- Perform full cycle recruiting functions such as advertisement placement, proactive candidate searches, interviewing, facilitating interview process, reference and background checks, etc.
- Partner with managers and department leaders to identify hiring needs, qualifications, job responsibilities and assist in preparing/updating job descriptions
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, universities, alumni organizations, etc.
- Assist with travel arrangements for interviews and relocation for applicable positions
- Manage ATS system
Ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and have the ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff. Must have strong business acumen, promote diversity and work with integrity and ethics.
Our client is searching for a candidate that is able to build and maintain exceptional working relationships, has a very proactive workstyle and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years full lifecycle recruiting required.
