Exceptional, small office environment is searching for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team. Position open due to retirement!

We are searching for candidates with incredibly strong work ethics, someone who is extremely dependable, gets satisfaction from helping others, has a friendly personality, and a highly professional demeanor.

Salary $52,000 - $56,000 depending on experience, with excellent benefits package including FULLY PAID BENEFITS with OUTSTANDING retirement plan.

This fantastic opportunity will be responsible for a wide variety of responsibilities including -

  • Draft and edit administrative correspondence, prepare reports, maintain electronic and physical files
  • Answer incoming calls, greeting clients and vendors
  • Schedule meetings and conferences, and coordinate events
  • Montor and maintain supplies and office equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Bookkeeping functions, using QuickBooks, to include payables, receivables, payroll, account reconciliation, financial reports, and gathering documents for external firm
  • Assist with monthly newsletter, website updates, social media, email campaigns, etc.
  • Special projects as assigned

Hours of the position are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with the exception of the first Thursday of the month until 6pm.

Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel, Document Management Systems, and Publisher a plus.  Light bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.

Must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.
