Our client, a highly regarded professional services firm is searching for an experienced Technical Trainer. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and conducting all training programs for the organization.

Core responsibilities include -

  • Development of training materials and implementation of processes
  • Conduct in person and computer based training to include new hire training sessions, one on one training, and follow-up workshops
  • Build and manage training library
  • Work with staff members to resolve technology issues

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years experience in the development and execution of software training. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Document Management Systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present materials to a variety of audiences.
