Highly regarded law firm is currently interviewing for an experienced Legal Assistant to support two busy Shareholders.

Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to handle a steady work load.

Duties will include: drafting and editing legal correspondence, calendaring, meeting arrangements, document management, administrative functions, meeting arrangements and client contact.

Excellent administrative and technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite), outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required, as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

4+ years previous legal experience, Bachelor's degree with Corporate or Litigation experience preferred.

Salary range $48,000 - $55,000 depending on experience with a wonderful atmosphere and excellent team.
