Successful boutique law firm is currently interviewing for a Legal Assistant to support a well established team in the areas of estate planning, tax and elder law.
Requirements include strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and enjoy a fast paced work load. Responsibilities will include calendaring, document management, editing and proofreading legal correspondence, preparing and managing files, administrative functions, meeting arrangements, client contact and special projects as assigned.
Ideal candidate will have strong administrative and technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel), outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required, as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
