Highly regarded law firm is currently interviewing for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support an outstanding Real Estate team.

Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, take initiative, have a flexible personality, and the ability to handle a steady work load. Duties will include: calendaring, document management, legal correspondence, administrative functions, meeting arrangements and client contact.

Excellent administrative and technical skills (full Microsoft Office Suite), outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required, as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

4+ years previous Real Estate legal experience strongly preferred.
