Highly regarded law firm is currently interviewing for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support an outstanding team.

Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, take initiative, have a flexible personality, and the ability to handle a steady work load.

Duties will include:

  • Drafting and editing legal correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and calendars
  • Document management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Billing
  • Client contact.

Excellent administrative and technical skills (full Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required, as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

4+ years previous legal experience strongly preferred.

Salary range depending on experience with excellent benefits package and room for future growth.
