Highly regarded and stable manufacturing company is currently searching for a successful HRÂ Generalist to join their team. This position is very hands-on and will be responsible for recruiting, including college campus recruiting, managing the hiring process for entry level salaried, co-ops and interns, employee relations, onboarding, orientation and training, will develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and employment agencies, coaching, training and mentoring staff members and extensive interfacing with all employees including senior leadership. This person will manage the iCIMS applicant tracking system including job library, job board contracts and quality of data and will prepare and reports for federal reporting requirements and other projects as needed.
Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field with minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. We are searching for a solid Generalist who has a high level of professional savvy, is a team player, approachable, has strong attention to detail, is resourceful, the ability to work with highly confidential documents and is a company advocate!
