Major Advertising/Marketing firm is currently looking for an experienced, talented Administrative Assistant with strong digital experience to support a very creative team.  This person operates as a member of the team, making suggestions to improve the work process, and will be expected to think expansively and creatively about problems and to identify effective solutions.  Daily responsibilities will include coordinating meetings both in person and virtually, creating PowerPoint presentations, ensuring technical equipment is available and set up for conferences, calendaring keeping track of technology inventory and special projects as assigned.

Technical requirements for this role are: advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Adobe Acrobat, basic knowledge of digital development, and previous digital marketing experience a major plus!  Must be tech savvy with the willingness to proactively learn new applications.
